This project is located right off the estuary in Jingletown, the creative heart of Oakland, California. The project included the demolition of the two existing industrial buildings, and the new-construction of 63 for-rent residential and live/work units over an at grade parking structure. The new 4 story complex mostly consists of one and two bedroom units, with a large podium level courtyard.
